Grey Phal and grebes

thanks to Andy Sims who found a first-winter Grey Phalarope at Covenham Res this afternoon--in spite of the wind and the generally poor light it was a good photo opportunity--also there the Red-necked Grebe and at least 2 Slavonians seen in passing
