wild Rock Doves

the outer Hebs must be about the only place to see good numbers of real Rock Doves outside Ireland -- given this situation it was depressing to see that one craft centre had its own flock of hybrid feral / racing type pigs just waiting to inter-breed -- this nice flock was in the fields at Balranald several Corncrakes are no doubt skulking in the grass by the doves!
