spreadwings

I am assuming that this is an old female Common Spreadwing (Emerald Damselfly) -- there were several worn males at Alkborough today but these are the first records for this developing site

Nice images Graham,looks like an old female to me,going by the dull coloration overall and she also looks like she has been ovi-positing also,by the staining from what looks like mud on the lower abdomen.
