upgrade on Black Redstart

today looked good for a few migrants so I went out with hope for passage Whoopers, a Red Kite or a Firecrest -- 19 Whoopers landed on Read's Island -- choice of east or west of the Bridge -- wrong choice Andy has a Red Kite then the second Black Redstart of the week on the patch and a beautiful adult male  -- while we are not getting shots of same redstart a birder informs us there is a Firecrest in Target hedge!! at one time I used to find birds around here -- I blame the camera!
This Black Red was very elusive until just before dark when the light was terrible but it became a little more trusting
