Swainson's Thrushes

the small nearctic thrushes are some of my favourite birds -- the fascination maybe stems from October 1983 my first visit to Scilly -- watching a Swainson's at close range above my head then creeping under a big clump of sallows to try and see a Grey-cheeked only to find about 10 people sitting in the bush! but it flew in and no bins needed  --
