Daurian Shrike, Isabelline Shrike

assume this is a Daurian, clearly a first-winter and looks pretty much to have most features of a Daurian, the pale is maybe a bit pale even for that form?
a superb bird giving brilliant views, catching  a lot of insects that look to be mostly wasps from the colour of the pellet ejected; another great bird for the Lincolnshire autumn
