a Bempton day

when it wasn't raining by mid morning decided to go to Bempton and get some shots of the Black-browed Albatross but strangely it did't show up so I ended up pointing the camera at a few Gannets etc with no real plan or intention -- the birds were mainly low and the fence and long grass makes it a tricky spot compared to yesteryear -- it was a bit of a test for the new lens as well -- light was pretty flat after some light rain then it turned sunny by mid afternoon with heat haze
