February is not the sort of date you expect to find anything much so when this cracking Richard's Pipit jumped up this morning it was quite a surprise but found one on the Humber in February - March 2016 so its not unprecedented but as last autumn was so poor for them on the coast its still unexpected -- all median coverts moulted and new --
