this species was unusually scarce at Les Baux on our visits with <10 birds seen and they were flighty and elusive --I managed to take 8 shots of this bird as it landed on the edge of the cliff where the gale force wind had me hanging onto a guard rail and trying to hold the camera against the metal post for some support -- I was amazed that any were in focus
