godwits in the rain

well it lagged it down here all morning and is still doing so - looks like the Met Office got the location of the heavy rain wrong again -- but at this site the light is usually bad all day long, good hide sighting looking south, so when its dull it can actually be better for the godwit images -- is there any wonder some beginners are baffled by waders -- one species can have about 50 different plumage types in the moulting season then there are races and juveniles and notable differences in size, bill and leg length --
