 this fine juvenile Rough-legged Buzzard was over the Donna Nook realignment yesterday before drifting off south in the strong winds - never anything like close but a cracking bird and hopefully the first of many this winter

Last time I saw this many Twite on the Humber was a few years back now - eight together at Goxhill Haven this afternoon

Stonechats

 Lots of Stonechats about in the last two weeks with 10+ at Barton and 22+ at Alkborough but none have been very obliging so nice to catch up with this pair today on one of my survey sites, where there were seven in total, and in nice light and some nice habitat not the usual fencing and posts
