




Thanks to Dave Bradbeer for finding this superb Radde's Warbler and for letting me know!---initially elusive and difficult it became much more co-operative mid afternoon but seldom perched in the sun and was often in thick cover in the hedge----following in the North Cotes tradition as the first for the UK, a first-winter female, was shot here by Caton Haigh on October 1st 1898
