




I came across this superb Baillon's Crake feeding along the edge of the reedbed at Phasouri on my first visit--it stayed all week and was often chased by one of three female Little Crakes which were in the same area--at one stage it was also joined by a male Little Bittern and a Marsh Warbler was feeding in the rush along with 2 Great Reed Warblers
