
there has been a very concentrated passage of Stonechats in N Lincs in the last 10 days with 70+ birds counted from just a handful of locations; assuming that little flocks are in fact much more widespread then there must have been over 100 birds in the area and possibly double this number; there were initially more males than females but in the last couple of days the ratio has changed with females outnumbering males on my local patch; this female was one of 4 on Waters' Edge yesterday
