Ovenbird and Hooded record shot

forest floor feeders are virtually impossible to photograph at Pelee where you have to stay on trails populated by 100's of birders so these are from Rondeau where its a bit easier! the Hooded Warbler are record shots taken from a distance in appalling light and moderate to heavy rain but what a striking bird----twigs, logs, blades of grass and other obstacles in front of birds were a source of continuous frustration throughout the week
