amazing how different this bird looks in different light conditions - although not sunny today it was a bit brighter and it started to look truly pallid and like a typical 3cy glaucoides Iceland Gull
great looking bird and some great photo's as well. I agree that it would be difficult to be sure that this is a Kumliens. However, it does show a mirror on p10 in AX7G3333.jpg, this has been mooted as a good field-mark for kumliens in older agegroups. I have hardly any experience with either Iceland or Kumliens so I would not be the one to ask about this but you could try Bruce MacT or Peter Adriaens.
