when I arrived at Manby the realisation dawned that 95% of it was frozen over and there were just 3 gulls, all Common amongst the wildfowl sitting on the ice; after a few minutes a large gull arrived ,a 2cy Iceland Gull and presumably a male on its large size compared to Mallards and later a Herring and 2cy Lesser Black-back -- as usual distant and nil light levels which the Canon 7D2 does not appreciate
