At Pyes Hall, Donna Nook October 9th -- camera was set up for Yellow-browed Warblers hence the 1/500 sec shutter speed -- pristine juv in October with ref to DF suggests bird of Northern origin; head pattern in some images also looks good as do underparts in some but in other shots looks less striking -- I think we clearly need to look more closely at coastal wintering Peregrines and not just assume they are local birds -- need to get some more Tarifa images processed!!
