spending a long period photographing the Common Terns on WEdge I was suddenly struck by the call of a passing Sandwich Tern--amazingly there were three and even more surprisingly they landed on the wooden bridge in the new lagoons and stayed for about 20 minutes--a rare bird this far up the Humber
