most of the day spent on the Lincs coast hoping to find some feeding terns to photograph---the terns were about 200m out, the scoters lost in a minute swell, waders almost non-existent and what were there were off at 100m range and it was sticky and humid and bad light and and and and ------surfing Common Seal, Sandwich and Common (the only two on close passage) and Sanderling on escape flight!
