a very brief spell with the SEO's today (see belwo) produced some of my best results so far--for interested photographers todays pics were all taken with just the Canon 300 f4 at 400ISO whereas yesterday's efforts were with the 300f4 and .4 converter at ISO 500 (all with Canon 1DMkIIN)
