Golden Eagle

we were watching a pair of immature eagles when they set off towards the road - a rapid car chase followed and they came right over the car but the light was dire hence the poor images but at least they are of wild birds taken in Britain in the wild unlike 95% of the published images of birds. These two birds were over the hillside near Griminish at exactly the same spot where a white Gyr nearly caused me to put our car into a ditch in late April 1989 when it suddenly appeared over the ridge and passed over the road

Great captures Graham. You cannot change the weather conditions. It would be great to get perfect lighting etc. but me I would be well satisfied with a picture! Very well done.

Great shots ...I was fortunate enough to see the first Golden Eagle in Cornwall for two hundred years..my partner took the photographs that were very poor but they at least establised it was a Golden Eagle.(still to be accepted)
