first Great Grey Shrike

one of two at Donna Nook on Tuesday - Wednesday -- taken late evening so a bit grainy but assume it is a juv / first-winter though the text in the Collins Guide seems a bit contradictory with regard to vermiculations -- this bird was singing from the top of a 40m tall tree in the late afternoon and had a larder of Goldcrests stashed in the adjacent bushes
