Little Stint rapid moult

an adult Little Stint turned up on my patch on July 24th; what is presumably the same bird is still here and was joined by a second adult on the 27th; with the spring tides managed to get good views of them again today and the speed of the moult to winter plumage seems phenomenal -- have to assume they are the same two birds
