distant spec shots of a juvenile over Grainthorpe marsh yesterday -- one of a marked east coast influx -- the lack of a marked tail band on the underside of the tail, indistinct trailing edge to the secondaries and the paler primary bases on the upperwing all point to it being a juvenile-- hopefully I will get a better chance at one of these this winter or a trip to somewhere with more birds may be needed
