Vaux Swift in the rain

on our first day at George Reifel it was wet in fact often very wet but  highlight was this Vaux Swift that was feeding around the visitor centre; it was still motoring and covering a big area around the trees and with the rain and very poor light I was really pleased to get any images at all having only seen the species for the first time in May 2017 and that was at dusk with the birds quite distant
