had a dire morning trying to get some of the many newly arrived migrants on the patch, 4+ Reed Warblers, 30+ Willows, Chiffs, Sedges, hirundines, Common Terns all proved un-cooperative -- this male Blackcap was the single bird I got as it fought a pitch battle with a rival before they both disappeared into the wood
