Tundra Perg

I assume this is a juvenile Tundra Peregrine photographed in very poor light, hence the poor focus and heavy noise, at Boundary Bay on our last morning; the best raptor of the trip was a Prairie Falcon along the Icefields Parkway, which was a real surprise, but which eluded the camera ,
